In a strategic move, Butterfield & Son Limited has announced key appointments to senior management positions, reinforcing its commitment to operational excellence and client services. Michael Neff, a seasoned professional with over three decades of experience in financial services, has been named as the Group Chief Operating Officer. Kevin Dallas, known for his expertise in marketing strategy and customer growth, takes on the role of Group Chief Experience Officer. Jody Feldman, with a robust background in financial institutions and corporate banking, has been promoted to the position of Managing Director of Bermuda.

Michael Neff, who has been with Butterfield since 2011, previously served as the Managing Director of Bermuda and International Wealth since 2018. His impressive career includes leading the implementation of the global wealth management client model at Chemical Bank’s Private Banking Group. Neff’s entrepreneurial spirit is evident in founding AnswerSpace, a financial planning technology consultancy, and Monetaire, Inc., a financial planning and advice software package.

Expressing his anticipation for the collaboration with the newly appointed leaders, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Michael Collins stated, “I look forward to working with Michael, Jody, and Kevin in their new roles and congratulate them. Jody Feldman, whose career commenced at HSBC, brings a wealth of experience working with financial institution clients across global locations. His notable roles at Deutsche Bank include Managing Director and Head of Financial Institutions in North America, as well as co-head of the Insurance Council with a focus on enhancing sales and trade revenues with insurance companies.

Kevin Dallas, prior to joining Butterfield in 2020, contributed significantly to marketing strategy and customer growth. His roles included being a partner and strategy consultant at Bain & Company and serving as Chief Product and Marketing Officer at Worldpay plc in London. From 2017 to 2020, Dallas led Bermuda’s Tourism Authority.

These appointments underscore Butterfield’s commitment to assembling a leadership team that brings diverse expertise and a deep understanding of the financial services industry.
