The 90 degree elbow is a mechanical device that connects two components to each other. They are used to connect the plumbing in your house to the drain system in your bathroom or kitchen. For example, if you have a sink, you would connect the drain pipe to the elbow.

Once the pipes are connected to the elbow, you would connect the elbow to the valve Seamless elbows 90° and/or the pump. The elbow connects the water and the drain system. Elbows can have three different types of threads and materials.

An elbow that is made out of nylon has a thread that looks like an oversize nut, whereas a threaded elbow is made with a thread that is a little bit smaller than the actual size of the threads. NPT is the acronym for National Pipe Thread. It is made out of a steel thread that is usually used with metal joints such as stainless steel.
